Car had not been cleaned inside BUT it was not terribly dirty either- Got great gas mileage and the personnel were great to work with!
Not real happy with Enterprise. They got me into a rental after my car accident, I'm 6'3" tall and they put in in a Chevy Cruz, I called a few days later and asked if I could get a vehicle that would be a little easier getting in and out of, they said they would call me back once a vehicle came in, they never called me back. Then I went across the toll bridge twice, which is $4 one way, Enterprise pays the $8 then sends me a bill for $16, due to a "convenience" fee. I don't mind paying the $8 but to charge me double is an outrage.
Very nice employees, apologized for their new ipad system failing on two different pads. Even with those problems I was in and out quickly.
Began with an unexplained cancellation of our online reservation. However, the agent at our local Enterprise quickly got a car ready for us and even gave us some discounts. The car drove very well. We had no disruptions to our trip.
Not happy with the way I was treated. The girl working talked to a man in front of me casually for at least ten minutes before she even acknowledged me and that was after she was done talking to him. Then she was rude and not very sociable with me. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude. Don't think I will ever use this location again. Definitely will never forget my experience there.
