Food is fine but the service is terrible....long wait in store or in drive thru without any apologies, typical wait is over 10 minutes. Interior is not clean, probably better if they don't let you see right into the kitchen if they arent't going to clean it. Staff is kind of scary.
This kfc was absolutely horrible. My famous bowl was only halfway filled and had to ask them to fill it more and my cookies were rock hard I couldn't even eat them. And a sandwich I got for my mom the bread was old and the potato wedges were old as well. Horrible experience.
My favorite KFC within 10 miles of Crestwood. Food is always hot and delicious. Love this place

Stopped here on the way to Louisville. I was helped by the manager on duty who was an absolute delight! Very friendly. The bathrooms were well maintained.
