Terrible experience! Would never do business with this place again. Cut my power, raised the rent and has no security!
I love that when redot bought out the storage facility i my unit with they paved all units paths with blacktop! Before this we had gravel and my luck a big muddy rut right in front of my unit!
FEES FEES FEES!!! Just a heads up to anyone that may be considering using Red Dot Storage for your storage needs. I attempted to make a partial payment on my account today, 16th. I called them to make this payment and was told that I cannot make a partial payment. It's all or nothing. Ok, great! Most often that's not a problem. But this time around I need to split it up... (I'm a paycheck to paycheck"er") so I can pay the balance by the next billing cycle. ON TOP OF THAT... I'm charged 2 late fees monthly! $10 the beginning of the month and $15 in the middle of the month. Stay away! Their customer service is sub standard and have no desire to work with their customers... even for a middle of the month payment!!

I love what the new management company has done to the property. It is always clean and the new fencing looks wonderful along with the newly paved isles. Plus their rates on the units are very reasonable.
